We now have a spangling new steel roof, new Colorbond gutters andthe house looks a million bucks. What a great team of experienced and courteous installers.

The initial approach was by telephone. The lady making the call was polite, helpful and informative. Her manner was engaging and an inspection appointment was made.
Leigh Shevill who appraised the condition of the tiles was equally helpful and in no way attempted to mush us into an immediate decision.
The quality of the company’s work was shown in a volume of large scale photographs.
We decided to have the work done and paid the deposit. We explained that there were family matters that had to be dealt with in Capricornia.
Leigh explained the company would arrange the work around these dates. Brock found the tiles needed more than the usual amount of cleaning. He worked non-stop until that job was completed and then began pointing. The pointing was completed the following morning. Brock was polite, explained matters clearly and fully. He was a self-disciplined experienced worker who wasted no time and cleaned up very thoroughly.
Mark, the painter was similar in approach and work ethic. He fully explained the job he was undertaking and worked carefully and conscientiously.
Mastercraft is fortunate to have two such men in its employ. Men whom the customer can rely on to do a good job. The work was inspected the day after the work was completed.
